Ingredients

250 g Paneer, cut into cubes
250 g frozen peas
250 Tomatoes, cut into cubes

1 onion- make a paste
Ginger- garlic paste- 2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon - Red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon - Turmeric powder
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Cooking oil -3 teaspoon ( 1 teaspoon for frying paneer in non - stick frying pan and 2 teaspoon for cooking )


Method

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in non - stick Tawa. Fry paneer slowly until golden brown. Stir in between and fry all the sides. Remove the paneer from the pan.

Heat 2 teaspoon oil in Kadai / frying pan. Add onion paste for 5 minutes. Add ginger - garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder , tomatoes. Fry slowly for 5 minutes. Add water and salt. Cook for 10 minutes till the gravy thickens. Add fried paneer and green peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with Chapati / Fried rice / Roti / Naan/ Puri....
